1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kedai888 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kedai888 online gaming platform available at https://kedai888.lat ("Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kedai888. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with kedai888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. kedai888 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all game categories, including slots, live casino, sportsbook, roulette, and arcade games.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not doing so from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from kedai888 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of kedai888 or any of its technology or game-supply partners.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian NRIC or passport number, phone number, and bank account details — is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

kedai888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kedai888 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited without compensation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — regardless of who initiated it — is your full responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that we can suspend the account and investigate.

3.3 Account Currency

All kedai888 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made via third-party e-wallets in a different currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. kedai888 is not liable for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. kedai888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Payments

kedai888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. All deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits set under your responsible gaming preferences.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• kedai888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed based on the blockchain confirmation rate. kedai888 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified bank account or e-wallet within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification checks. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on kedai888:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM 50,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits may apply to VIP tier members.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified kedai888 profile.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player at any time prior to processing; cancelled amounts are returned to the player's gaming balance.
• kedai888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal of RM 5,000 or more.
• Withdrawals of cryptocurrency are subject to the minimum network fee at the time of processing.

If your account has an outstanding wagering requirement attached to a bonus, the relevant bonus portion of your balance is non-withdrawable until that requirement is met. Only the non-restricted ("real money") portion of your balance may be withdrawn while a bonus is active.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Bets placed on certain game categories — including baccarat, roulette, and specific live dealer tables — may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) towards wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, associated winnings, and potentially the permanent closure of the account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using low-risk, systematically hedged betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions cooperatively.
• Providing false personal information to claim new player promotions.

7. Gameplay & Fairness

All games available on kedai888 — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, and arcade titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, kedai888 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 8. Sportsbook Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. kedai888 reserves the right to withdraw or suspend markets at any time prior to bet acceptance.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error / "palpable odds"), kedai888 reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds, regardless of whether the event has concluded.
• For live (in-play) betting, acceptance of a wager is only confirmed upon receipt of a bet confirmation message. Bets placed during natural breaks in play — such as half-time, time-outs, or injury stoppages — may be subject to additional review.
• Maximum winnings per single bet slip: RM 200,000, unless higher limits have been individually agreed with a kedai888 VIP manager.
• kedai888 follows the governing body's official results for all settlement purposes. Protests, appeals, or result reversals that occur after a market has been settled will not affect the original settlement.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kedai888, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failure.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any delay in deposit credit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

In any event, kedai888's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

kedai888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending identity verification.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kedai888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
